Before you can be placed on the Co-op Housing waiting list, you must print and fill out the new membership form below and come in person to drop it off with the following:
1) Completed application form
2) 3 most recent income statements
3) Applicants are required to pay a small fee of $25 for a Credit Check. Payment is non refundable and can be paid by cheque or debit.
If you cannot come in person, you must call our office and set up alternative arrangements to send your documents to the address below, without them your request cannot be processed.
NOTE: WE ARE NOT ACCCEPTING APPLICATIONS AS OF JUNE 2019.

We CANNOT process the application if it is incomplete and failure to comply will result in your spot being taken off the waiting list and given to someone else.

Upon receiving a complete application, the office will do a credit check and a landlord check, and will set up an interview with the board of directors. The member will be informed if the board approved or rejected the application within a few business days after the interview.
